Automotive Projects
Executed automotive performance modifications including turbo system upgrades, cooling system optimization, and suspension geometry refinement. Performed mechanical teardown, dimensional verification, torque controlled assembly to OEM specifications, and diagnostic testing with focus on thermal management, driveline reliability, and overall system performance.
RC Cars, Drones & FPV Aircraft
Built and modified high-performance RC vehicles and FPV aircraft using custom electronics, LiPo power systems, ESCs, and telemetry. Tuned control systems for stability and efficiency while gaining hands-on experience with embedded electronics, latency issues, power distribution, and digital / analog data transmission.
Custom Electric Skateboard Build
Designed and built a custom electric longboard with focus on motor selection, drivetrain efficiency, battery system safety, and controller configuration. Performed high-current wiring, power distribution, and ESC tuning to optimize performance, thermal behavior, and system reliability within a compact mechanical package.
Greenhouse Enclosure
Executed full-cycle engineering development of a 4,000 ft³ greenhouse, encompassing site analysis, erosion and drainage design, structural configuration, and automated irrigation control. Translated environmental and terrain constraints into design requirements, constructed the system, and verified performance through functional testing and iteration.
Coffee Machine Rebuild
Disassembled and rebuilt a 20-year-old commercial coffee machine to restore proper pressure regulation, temperature control, and flow performance. Diagnosed mechanical and fluid system faults, replaced worn components, and confirmed proper operation through testing and verification.
